User Terms & Responsibilities – wappsmart
1. User Responsibilities
Users must use the wappsmart platform only for lawful purposes and in full compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the wappsmart support team immediately.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees as per their selected plan.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption, suspension, or permanent deactivation of the account.
4. Data Protection
Users must obtain the necessary consent from their end-users before initiating any WhatsApp communications.
Compliance with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations is mandatory.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users are required to adhere strictly to Meta’s guidelines and policies.
Non-compliance may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of access to the WhatsApp Business API via wappsmart.
